Hiring: Human Capital Business Partner for Finance Company: KKR Location: Boston, MA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-11 11:51:37 Target Skills & Keywords : Capital Markets, Change Management, Microsoft Excel, Project Management, Workday About the job Experience: •10+ years of HR generalist experience, or other relevant HR experience, with a world-class global financial services firm – prior experience with Finance teams preferred Required Skills: •Business Partnership & Human Capital Corroboration •Partner with senior HCBP and Finance leaders to understand business priorities and help align HR programs and initiatives in support of team objectives. •Partner cross-functionally with leadership to support workforce planning discussions and talent-related needs. •Work closely with Centers of Excellence (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Talent Development & Culture, Compensation) to help implement HR initiatives and programs. •Talent Management and Workforce Planning •Support talent planning and succession planning for the Finance organization. •Assist in identifying skill gaps and development opportunities, helping leaders strengthen team capabilities and talent pipelines. •Support performance management processes and provide guidance on employee development and career growth conversations.
