Hiring: HUD Asset Manager (Hybrid) Company: National Church Residences Location: Dublin, OH Job Posted Time: 2026-09-12 12:03:31 Employment Type: Hybrid Target Skills & Keywords : Microsoft Excel About the job Required Skills: •As the Real Estate Asset Manager, you would be working in this Hybrid role responsible for creating and overseeing customized asset management strategies for multi-family LIHTC and HUD communities owned by National Church Residences. •Maximize total return for each assigned asset through the analysis of property efficiencies and identifying opportunities for improved performance •Work closely with property managers and Regional Managers to provide direction for and oversight of business plans, budgets, forecasts, leases, analysis and approvals •Conduct market studies of competing properties to determine market competitive rents •Manage cash flow, distribution analysis and investment projections •Develop and distribute periodic asset management reports to senior management, investors, consultants and other partners •Position each asset for optimal financial performance through such activities as budgeting and monitoring financial performance •Financial and operational performance measures of the assigned portfolio Qualifications: •BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate or related field with strong record of academic achievement with MBA or CPA preferred •Minimum of one year of experience in property management/leasing/operations and/or real estate asset management required. •One year of affordable housing finance or asset manager experience preferred. •PRAC specific position with preference for candidates with HUD experience •Proficiency with modeling investments in Excel •Understanding of Partnership Agreements and Low Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC) •Understanding of accounting and financial modeling •Solid analytical and organizational skills and ability to multi-task •Highly-developed verbal and written communication skills •Demonstrated capacity to work independently and as part of a team Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
