Hiring: Hub Maintenance Coordinator Company: United Airlines Location: Dulles Town Center, VA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-13 11:59:21 Employment Type: Contract About the job Experience: •Meets or exceeds operational performance goals including on-time performance, maintenance check span, productivity & safety objectives •Meets or exceeds business plan objectives •Identifies the need for change and / or improvement and executes the same involving the appropriate people and level of resources as needed •Builds and maintains professional and productive work environment for labor groups and management teams •Effectively communicates with employees of all levels aligning the team for success Required Skills: •Reporting to Manager or Shift Manager, represent the station Technical Operations department in a professional manner while interacting and coordinating with other departments in the Station Operations Center, Aircraft Routing, Aircraft Dispatch, and Flight Crews. •Receive and coordinate the recovery of maintenance discrepancies initiated by inbound and outbound flight crews Coordinate and track the recovery of scheduled deferred items •Notify and communicate the status of aircraft that are out of service or on a maintenance delay to Maintenance Control and Local Operations •Coordinate and track planned maintenance efforts for thru flights •Initiate and update TOC (Technical Operations Computer System) and AMIS logs on all aircraft that are out of service, in a planned hold or have significant maintenance activities on going •Coordinate station supplier requirements that are required to support maintenance activities •Identify and communicate maintenance troubleshooting and repair procedures as required •Ensure delay reports are entered and compile delay data for tracking and analysis Qualifications: •High school diploma or equivalent •5 years in the aircraft maintenance industry •Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship Compensation: •$131,456 - $160,669 / year •Competitive benefits and rewards package •This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
