Required Skills: •Conduct shop engagements and inspections to identify and address unsafe practices or conditions. •Assist in developing, coordinating, and maintaining HSE programs and procedures, ensuring compliance with NOV's standards and regulations. •Perform risk assessments, job safety analyses, and routine HSE observations, documenting findings. •Participate in incident investigations, identifying root causes, and supporting timely corrective actions. •Actively facilitate and support development and delivery of HSE training, promoting awareness and competency. •Maintain HSE data, including inspections, incident reports, and training records, ensuring accurate documentation. •Analyze HSE data to identify trends, verify corrective actions, and report insights to management. •Engage with operations teams to promote safe behaviors and compliance with established work practices. Qualifications: •Bachelor's Degree in Health, Safety, or Environmental field is preferred. •A minimum of 7 years of relevant HSE experience is required. •Solid functional working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations, as well as industry standards, is essential. •Understanding of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards and their application in management systems. •Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong presentation abilities. •First Aid, CPR, and AED instructor certification is an asset. •Analytical, reporting, and organizational skills are crucial for this role. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. •Adherence to safety policies and participation in safety training is mandatory.
