Required Skills: •Actively facilitate and support development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of the global HSE risk and control framework, ensuring clear alignment between regulatory requirements, internal standards, risks, and controls. •Translate regulatory obligations and enterprise requirements into practical, scalable controls that can be embedded within HSE programs and operational processes. •Maintain and enhance control inventories and control-mapping documentation linking requirements, policies, procedures, risks, and controls. •Define evidence requirements and promote consistent documentation standards to support compliance and audit readiness across regions. •Review and validate control evidence, including permits, inspections, risk assessments, and training records, to confirm completeness, accuracy, and effectiveness. •Actively facilitate and support maintenance of accurate and complete records within enterprise systems of record and compliance platforms. •Conduct control design and operating effectiveness assessments to evaluate whether controls are functioning as intended and mitigating risk appropriately. •Support assurance reviews, thematic assessments, and targeted evaluations of key risk areas to strengthen the overall control environment.
