Required Skills: •Lead the site HSE strategy, management system, compliance activities, and continuous improvement roadmap. •Serve as a trusted advisor to site leaders, employees, contractors, and external regulatory stakeholders. •Strengthen site safety culture through safety walks, communication, training, recognition, and employee engagement. •Lead risk assessments, inspections, audits, incident and near-miss investigations, and corrective-action follow-through. •Coordinate emergency preparedness, drills, environmental compliance, and contractor safety activities. •Use HSE data and KPIs to identify priorities, communicate trends, and drive measurable improvement. •Manage the site HSE budget and contribute to improvement and capital plans. •This position comprises regular work across office, operational, field, greenhouse, and production settings, with occasional travel and non-standard-hours support during critical periods. Qualifications: •Candidates must reside in and be permanently authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship. This comprises, but is not limited to, OPT, CPT, and H-1B visa holders. •Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field. •Solid functional working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and DOT requirements and the ability to interpret regulatory obligations for site operations. •Strong written and verbal communication, data analysis, and reporting skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office and SAP or comparable systems. •Strong communication, stakeholder-influencing, project-management, and data-analysis skills. •Agriculture or machinery/manufacturing industry experience. •Salary for this position ranges between $82,400 - $123,600 annually.
