Required Skills: •HRIS Operations & Employee Support •Monitor the HRIS mailbox and assist with People Assist (Case Management) requests by routing requests, responding to Tier 1 questions, or escalating issues as needed. •Perform routine data entry, updates, and corrections in UKG Pro to maintain accurate employee information. •Assist with employee user accounts, including basic login, access, and SSO troubleshooting, and escalate issues when additional support is needed. •Maintain electronic employee records, including onboarding, offboarding, and employment status changes. •Respond to employee and manager questions related to HR programs, system access, and basic HRIS functionality. •Assist with routine audit activities by running audit reports and helping identify data discrepancies. •Support with weekly and monthly data integrity audits and partner with HR teams to address discrepancies. Qualifications: •Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to support employees and HR partners clearly and professionally. •Demonstrated capacity to build trust and work effectively with employees, managers, and teams at all levels. •High level of ethics, discretion, and confidentiality when handling employee and business information. •Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel), with exposure to HRIS platforms. •High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and consistent follow‑through. •Demonstrated capacity to develop effective working relationships with managers and HR partners. •Demonstrated capacity to learn and navigate HRIS applications and other business systems. •High School diploma or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
