Required Skills: •Serve as the subject matter expert for the organization’s HRIS and related people technology. •Manage the day-to-day administration, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of HR systems, including UKG Pro. •Lead system upgrades, enhancements, implementations, integrations, and technology projects. •Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, functionality, and user experience. •Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and security of employee and organizational data. •Develop HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics to support organizational decision-making. •Manage integrations between the HRIS and other systems and partner with IT and technology vendors to resolve issues. •Ensure HR systems are intuitive and designed with the end user in mind. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field preferred. •5–8+ years of HRIS experience, including experience administering and optimizing an enterprise HRIS. •Strong experience with UKG Pro or a comparable enterprise HRIS. •In-depth knowledge of HR processes across the employee lifecycle. •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. •Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through. •In-depth knowledge of data privacy, confidentiality, security, and HR compliance. •This is a confidential search.
