Qualifications: •5 or more years of leadership experience in HRIS, having managed or coordinated a team (manager, team lead, or senior coordinator level and above). •Deep, hands-on expertise with one or more major HRIS or payroll platforms (Workday, UKG, ADP, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, Paycom, or Dayforce). •Proven ownership of HRIS strategy, implementations, integrations, and reporting. •In-depth knowledge of HR and payroll processes, data governance, and compliance. •Track record of building, leading, and retaining a team. •Legally authorized to work in the United States.
