Hiring: HRIS Data Manager Company: SpeedX Location: Los Angeles County, CA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-16 03:28:52 Target Skills & Keywords : Express, TestNG About the job Required Skills: •Manage the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the company’s HRIS, including employee records, organizational structures, reporting relationships, user access, and core system configuration. •Review HRIS workflows and operational processes to identify inefficiencies, system gaps, and opportunities for improvement. •Manage system enhancements, testing, and process improvements to improve efficiency, accuracy, and user experience. Experience with Rippling is a plus. •Manage HRIS-related employee lifecycle transactions, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, job or department changes, manager changes, compensation updates, and offboarding. •Ensure all employee changes are processed accurately and in a timely manner. •Coordinate with relevant HR teams to ensure smooth and accurate employee transitions. •Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc HR reports, including headcount, hiring, turnover, employee movement, and organizational data. •Analyze workforce data to identify trends, discrepancies, and key HR metrics. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience may also be considered. •5+ years of HR/HRIS-related experience, including hands-on HRIS administration experience. •Practical experience utilizing Rippling is preferred. •Experience managing employee onboarding, employee changes, offboarding, and HR data management processes within an HRIS environment. •Practical experience utilizing major HRIS/HCM platforms such as Paycom, Workday, ADP, UKG, or similar systems preferred. •Strong HR reporting, data analysis, and Excel skills. •Practical experience utilizing HRIS process improvement, system testing, configuration, or enhancement projects preferred. •Strong problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. •Demonstrated capacity to handle sensitive employee information with a high level of confidentiality. •Language Requirement: Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese is preferred. Compensation: •5+ years of HR/HRIS-related experience, including hands-on HRIS administration experience.
