Required Skills: •As an HRIS Analyst, you will serve as a front-line partner to HR users and business stakeholders, helping them resolve system issues, improve processes, and make the most of our UKG platform. •Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) •Relocation Benefits available within the US •Manage system administration including security structure, business process configuration, and ongoing inbound and outbound integrations •Oversee regression testing and roll-out of future releases •Lead research, design, configuration, and testing of new system solutions •Think critically as an HR practitioner and technical resource to balance practical HR application with system functionality.
