Required Skills: •To be effective, an individual must be able to perform each job duty successfully. •Configure and maintain standard HR technology functionality to support business processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with established requirements. •Partner with Product Management to clarify business needs, document requirements, and translate defined requirements into system configurations and enhancements. •Evaluate new or updated system capabilities, including AI-enabled features, by completing assigned research and testing and documenting potential value, risks, and readiness considerations. •Support system enhancements, workflows, integrations, and process automation through assigned configuration, testing, validation, documentation, and deployment activities. •Troubleshoot moderately complex system issues, perform root cause analysis, resolve issues within established scope, and escalate issues requiring advanced technical expertise. •Partner with Product Managers to identify and recommend opportunities to improve system usability, efficiency, and the team member experience. •Support and execute system updates, releases, and upgrades, including impact review, testing, validation, deployment, and post-production support.
