Required Skills: •Provide day-to-day administration and user support for the UKG HR modules, including Core HR, employee records, benefits, time & attendance, recruiting, onboarding, performance, and related HR functions. •Assist in maintaining system security roles, workflows, and configuration standards under established governance guidelines. •Safeguard the confidentiality of sensitive employee data — including Social Security numbers, dates of birth, and personal identification and contact information — and administer system security and access so users can view only the data appropriate to their role. •Help ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all HRIS modules and integrations through routine audits and data entry. •Support system releases, patches, and new feature adoption by assisting with testing and documentation. •Support Workforce Management (WFM) functions such as scheduling, labor tracking, and attendance within UKG Pro. •Assist operations and HR teams in applying WFM configurations in line with business needs and labor regulations. •Process Support & Improvement Qualifications: •1–3 years of experience in an HRIS or HR administrative support role; exposure to UKG or a comparable HRIS preferred. •Solid functional working knowledge of core HR functions, benefits, and compliance processes. •Operational familiarity with configuring or maintaining HRIS modules and workflows. •Solid Excel and reporting skills; experience with Business Intelligence, or UKG Pro Reporting a plus. •Demonstrated capacity to support projects and coordinate tasks across multiple stakeholders. •Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. •Operational familiarity with how the HRIS connects to other systems; able to coordinate with IT on integrations while Human Resources retains control of sensitive employee data. •Background in multi-site, multi-state, or hospitality/operations environments. •Process improvement mindset and willingness to learn. •High attention to detail and data accuracy.
