Required Skills: •Support day-to-day administration of UKG modules, including Core HR, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, Recruiting, and the employee help center, HRSD. •Configure and maintain business rules, workflows, process automation, and request management. •Assist and support the HR Generalists and Coordinators with employee lifecycle transactions including hires, job changes, compensation updates, leaves, and terminations. •Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with UKG support or implementation partners. •Support UKG upgrades, releases, and feature adoption through thorough test-environment validation. •Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of employee data within UKG. •Perform routine audits and reconciliations across HR, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, and Time modules. •Partner with corporate and local Payroll and Finance resources to ensure correct data flow and calculations.
