Required Skills: •Maintains the Learning, Performance, Health & Wellness, and Employee Engagement systems to meet all regulatory compliance needs and ensure data accuracy and integrity, with duties including but not limited to: •Evaluates and makes recommendations to business requirements related to using and configuring systems. •Maintains user accounts and data accuracy. •Sets and maintains security roles and access levels, monitor accounts, and maintain system parameters. Assist IT in ensuring SSO access has been set up properly in Okta for access to the LMS and Performance systems. •Provides system maintenance which includes upgrades and updates, configuration, troubleshooting, debugging, and user access testing. •Analyzes, identifies, and communicates system and business requirements to respective vendors. •Investigates and resolves any data or system inconsistencies or discrepancies. •Accurately tracks new, deleted, and revised items in the systems including assessments, workflows and forms.
