Qualifications: •Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution •Two (2) years leading manufacturing training/OJT, production readiness, or closely related operations/quality leadership in a plant environment •Two (2) years of demonstrated experience building training that improves measurable outcomes. •Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position.
