Preferred. •Deep functional understanding of Human Resources processes across the employee lifecycle. •Strong hands-on knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM configuration •Demonstrated capacity to move fluidly between HR business requirements, Oracle configuration, data structures, reporting, analytics, and user experience. •In-depth knowledge of multiple Oracle HCM modules and how they interact across end-to-end HR processes. •What is working or not working •What functionality is not being utilized •What capabilities Oracle has introduced that the organization should consider adopting •In-depth knowledge of HR data, workforce metrics, analytics, and KPI development.
