Establish HR systems governance processes, including change management, security roles, workflows, and data standards. •Manages new hire experience including design and execution of new employee onboarding curriculum through the Starfull Welcome program. Facilitates program alongside executives/leaders in the organization •Engages in continuous improvement projects and other strategic initiatives to ensure the continued enhancement of the HR department. •Up Ability to translate data into actionable business insights •Excellent verbal and written communication skills. •Demonstrated capacity to establish and maintain strong relationships. Comfortable working effectively with all levels of the organization and external vendors when necessary. •Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
