Required Skills: •Reports to: HR Manager, Manufacturing HR Office •Responsible for supporting the Manufacturing HR Office by assisting in daily HR operations, managing HR data, and supporting the development and maintenance of HR automation tools and systems. •This position works closely with the HR Manager to improve HR operational efficiency, assist with performance management initiatives, and ensure smooth execution of employee lifecycle processes within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. •HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Support •Support end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, role changes, and offboarding. •Assist in managing employee retention programs and analyzing turnover data to provide actionable insights. •Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits. •Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR database. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. •Strong interest or basic proficiency in HR systems, data management, and process improvement. •Excellent verbal and written communication skills. •High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. •Demonstrated capacity to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. •Demonstrated capacity to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. •Fluent in both Korean and English. •Interest or foundational knowledge in HR tech, system automation, or data analytics. •Prior internship or work experience in the manufacturing industry. •Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
