Required Skills: •Working closely with HR leadership, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), HR CoE and HR Operations, this individual will manage multiple HR projects simultaneously, ensuring activities are tracked, aligned, and completed effectively. •Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and action trackers. •Monitor progress against deliverables and timelines. •Identify risks, issues, and dependencies and coordinate resolution. •Maintain project documentation and status reporting. •Ensure follow-up actions are completed and deadlines are met. •Coordinate meetings, working sessions, and project reviews. •Facilitate communication among stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related discipline. •5-10+ years of experience in consulting, project management, PMO, HR project management, business operations, or a related field. •Proven experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. •Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills. •Excellent communication and presentation abilities. •Demonstrated capacity to work independently and manage projects with minimal supervision. •Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills •The expected annual pay range for this position is $175,000 - $200,000. This position is also eligible for bonus opportunities.
