This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career HR professional who is excited to build strong operational foundations, support employees throughout their lifecycle, and grow within a fast-paced music and technology company. •This role is based in our New York, NY office and follows a hybrid schedule of four days in the office and one day remote. The HR Coordinator will report directly to the HR / People Generalist. •Actively facilitate and support HR / People Generalist with day-to-day HR operations and people initiatives. •Help plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, team events, and culture programming that reflect Too Lost’s company culture. •Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential employee records in our HRIS and personnel files. . •Assist with onboarding and offboarding, including preparing documentation, coordinating system access, supporting new-hire orientation, and ensuring timely completion of required paperwork. •Help respond to routine employee questions regarding policies, benefits, payroll, time off, and other people-related processes, escalating sensitive or complex matters as appropriate. •Assist with the maintenance and updating of employee policies, procedures, handbooks, and HR documentation.
