Liaise with internal and external auditors for payroll tax audits and resolve any discrepancies. •Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leaves and personal information. •Serve as the escalation point for complex payroll issues, monitor and resolve payroll discrepancies, investigate and resolve issues promptly and accurately and provide timely resolution and high-quality support to internal stakeholders. •Partner with cross-functional departments to ensure timely and accurate data flow between payroll, timekeeping, benefits, and finance systems. •Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions.
