Required Skills: •Provide timely, accurate, and customer-focused HR and benefits support to employees, managers, and HR stakeholders across the United States and Canada. •Administer benefits activities, including enrollments, life events, open enrollment, employee communications, vendor coordination, and issue resolution. •Process employee lifecycle transactions, including onboarding, job and personal data changes, promotions, transfers, leaves of absence, and offboarding. •Maintain accurate and confidential employee records in the HRIS and complete audits, validations, and reconciliations to support data integrity and compliance. •Prepare routine HR and benefits reports and assist with data analysis, issue identification, and follow-up. •Maintain standard operating procedures, knowledge articles, employee resources, and self-service content. •Identify process improvements and support system testing, HR projects, and other operational initiatives. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or similar field. •Strong attention to detail, organization, customer service, and discretion when handling confidential information. •Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel. •U.S. or Canadian HR support, benefits administration, experience.
