Required Skills: •This position partners closely with Talent Acquisition, Operations, Data Center leadership, Field Services, IT, and HR teams to deliver a consistent onboarding experience across corporate offices, client sites, and data center environments. •Design and manage end-to-end onboarding programs for corporate, technical, and field-based employees. •Develop role-based onboarding tracks for data center technicians, network engineers, field service technicians, and infrastructure deployment teams. •Ensure onboarding aligns with company service delivery standards, safety requirements, and operational procedures. •Site access and security credentials •Knowledge of HR compliance and employee lifecycle processes. •Operational familiarity with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Workday, or Salesforce. •Strong presentation and training facilitation skills. Qualifications: •Ensure employees are deployment-ready and compliant before site assignments. •Coordinate onboarding activities across HR, IT, Operations, Security, and Facilities. •Manage equipment provisioning, system access, and onboarding workflows within HRIS or onboarding platforms. •Partner with hiring managers and operational leaders to ensure onboarding aligns with team and business needs. •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. •Strong organizational and project management skills. •Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. •Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously. •Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
