Hiring: HR Manager Company: Kenco Group Location: Wilmer, TX Job Posted Time: 2026-09-03 14:21:16 Employment Type: Contract Target Skills & Keywords : Change Management About the job Required Skills: •The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, functions pertaining to the overall coordination of HR and HR training at the site. •Lead and oversee managing the day-to-day delivery of HR-services to employees of the distribution center. •Lead and oversee compiling and updating HR data via the HRIS including new hires, terminations, performance management, and payroll information. •Lead and oversee training management and employees on employment-related matters including sexual harassment, progressive discipline, and performance coaching.
