Required Skills: •Serve as the primary HR partner for leaders and employees across multiple locations •Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, and workplace concerns •Support recruiting, onboarding, retention, and workforce planning initiatives •Oversee employee benefits administration and manage relationships with external vendors •Partner with internal stakeholders on HR systems, employee records, and payroll-related processes •Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements •Maintain accurate personnel documentation and support audit readiness efforts •Assist with employee engagement, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred •Several years of progressive human resources experience •Strong knowledge of employment regulations, employee relations, and HR best practices •Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills •Demonstrated capacity to influence and build relationships at all levels of an organization •Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously •Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications •Professional HR certification (SHRM or HRCI) preferred Compensation: •$95,000 - $105,000 / year •$95,000 - $105,000 base salary plus a 20% target bonus Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
