Hiring: HR Manager Company: YouLend Location: Atlanta, GA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-17 10:05:27 About the job Required Skills: •YouLend is currently looking for a proactive, hands-on HR Manager to become the key HR presence for our growing US business. •Based in our Atlanta office, you will be the first point of contact for employees and managers on day-to-day HR matters, providing practical, consistent and trusted support across the employee lifecycle. •This is a broad role where you will take ownership of the day-to-day delivery of HR across the US, including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement and offboarding. You will also manage and develop an HR Coordinator, ensuring our core HR processes and employee experience run effectively. •Work closely with the wider HR leadership team while building strong relationships with managers across the US business. We are looking for someone who enjoys being close to the business, is comfortable operating independently and is equally willing to roll up their sleeves and get things done. •As our US business continues to grow, we expect the scope and responsibility of this role to grow with it, creating the opportunity for the successful candidate to develop into a more senior HR leadership position over time. •Act as the first point of contact for HR matters across the US business, providing practical and timely support to employees and managers. •Manage, support and develop the HR Coordinator, providing direction and oversight of day-to-day HR administration and processes. •Manage employee relations matters independently, including performance, conduct, attendance, absence and other employee issues, ensuring a fair, consistent and compliant approach. Qualifications: •You are an experienced HR professional who enjoys being hands-on, visible and close to the business. •You are comfortable being the person employees and managers turn to when they need HR support and have the confidence and judgement to manage day-to-day HR matters independently. •You are pragmatic, approachable and solutions-focused, with the ability to balance employee experience with the needs of the business. You are comfortable working in a growing environment where priorities can change quickly and where building effective processes is just as important as managing the day-to-day. •Most importantly, you are looking for an opportunity where you can take real ownership, make an impact and grow your responsibilities as the organisation develops.
