Other duties may be assigned as needed. •Supports the HR core processes that drive the initiatives of talent management, total rewards, performance management, and employee engagement and retention. •Partners with management to ensure compliance with corporate programs, policies, and procedures. •Is responsible for the execution of corporate onboarding and offboarding programs, which include delivery, logistics, content revisions and updates, and evaluation of programs effectiveness. •Deploys performance management/appraisal program tools and processes including coaching, feedback sessions and training. •Oversee the Leave of Absence administration to include ADA, FMLA, STD and LTD programs. •Drives the Career Planning Program by reviewing the program for enhancements and partnering with leaders to ensure program success. •Maintains needed knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Qualifications: •The HR Generalist supports the organization by implementing and administering human resources programs or policies.
