Required Skills: •The Human Resources Generalist provides full-time, on-site HR support for distribution center operations in Lancaster, TX. This role serves as a visible and responsive HR resource for frontline employees, supervisors, and site leadership in a fast-paced, high-volume operational environment. •Must be at least 18 years of age •Minimum 2 years of Human Resources experience required. •Operational familiarity with HRIS, applicant tracking, timekeeping, learning management, or employee record systems preferred. •Proficiency with Microsoft office required; strong Excel skills preferred. •Serve as a full-time, on-site HR resource for U.S. Distribution Center employees, contingent workers, supervisors, and site leadership. •Provide day-to-day HR support in a high-volume, fast-paced warehouse/distribution environment, including responding to employee questions, escalating issues appropriately, and ensuring timely follow-through. •Support employee relations matters, including intake, fact-finding, documentation, investigation support, corrective action preparation, and follow-up with managers and employees. Qualifications: •Associate's/ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field from an accredited college or university preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
