Qualifications: •Partner with the leadership and employees by creating, driving and implanting HR strategies including development, engagement and performance management •Point of contact for employee relations for both leadership and employees by creating and implementing HR policies that support company objectives •Ensure people leaders are trained on dealing with difficult employee relations while guaranteeing fairness of the process •Create, educate and provide resources for questions regarding employment, benefits, leaves of absence, training and development •Evaluate and recommend strategies on programs that can improve employee engagement, development and retention •Support and implement engagement strategies and initiatives •Partner with the HR team to ensure employee benefits and wellness programs are effective •Partner effectively with other departments and key stakeholders on a day to day basis as well as on projects with the ability to gain buy in to implement changes. •Maintain and partner with leaders on the annual compensation planning process by reviewing pay structures and qualifications of talent •Manage and assist with training programs and performance appraisal processes Compensation: •$120,000 - $130,000 / year Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
