Location: Austin, TX Job Posted Time: 2026-09-15 12:27:51 About the job Experience: •5+ years of experience in an HR role Required Skills: •Serve as SHI’s internal control point for maintaining SHI’s Code of Ethics and Business Conduct. •Provide leadership advice on corporate governance issues across all SHI business segments. •Monitor operational processes and procedures to ensure compliance with legal regulations and ethical standards. •Conduct compliance risk assessments to ensure policies remain compliant and business runs smoothly. •Develop and maintain corporate ethics statements, policies, and supporting forms/acknowledgements with oversight from SHI Legal. •Provide internal reviews of SHI policies to ensure consistency and integration with the organization’s ethics philosophies. •Work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams to support the development, delivery, and administration of ethics and compliance trainings. •Conduct annual corporate governance audits with guidance from Legal and present findings to senior leadership.
