Required Skills: •Administer pre-employment screening programs, including background checks, drug testing, employment verifications, and motor vehicle record (MVR) reviews. •Review and adjudicate screening results in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements. •Support FCRA adverse action processes and employment screening compliance. •Monitor DOT driver qualification requirements and maintain compliance documentation. •Partner with HR leaders, recruiters, field operations, and third-party vendors to resolve compliance issues and support hiring initiatives. •Maintain accurate records, generate compliance reports, and assist with audits and process improvements. •Provide guidance on employment screening and workforce compliance requirements. Qualifications: •5–7 years of experience in HR Operations, Employment Compliance, Background Screening, Workforce Compliance, or a related field. •Knowledge of FCRA, employment screening regulations, and adverse action requirements. •Knowledge of DOT driver qualification requirements preferred. •Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills. •Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR technology systems. •HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) preferred. •Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. •5–7 years of experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, Employment Compliance, Background Screening, Workforce Compliance, or a related field. •Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. •Solid functional working knowledge of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), adverse action requirements, and employment screening compliance.
