As the business continues to evolve, we're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to help shape the people strategy that enables our organization to deliver results. •Success in this role requires someone who can simplify complex business challenges, provide thoughtful recommendations, and serve as a trusted advisor while balancing strategic priorities with day-to-day business needs. •Partner directly with senior leaders to develop and execute forward-looking people strategies aligned with business priorities. •Serve as a trusted advisor by providing thoughtful recommendations, challenging thinking when appropriate, and helping leaders navigate complex organizational decisions. •Lead and influence organization design, workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development efforts that position the organization for long-term success. •Coach leaders on organizational effectiveness, team performance, talent development, and leadership capability. •Translate workforce data, engagement insights, and business trends into clear recommendations that improve organizational performance. •Lead change management efforts during organizational transformations, helping leaders and teams successfully adopt new ways of working. Qualifications: •Demonstrated ability to build credibility and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders. •Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and make sound decisions with incomplete information. •Strong business acumen with experience translating workforce insights into business recommendations. •Exceptional executive communication skills, including the ability to simplify complex issues, prioritize key messages, and deliver clear, actionable recommendations. •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
