Hiring: HR Business Partner II Company: Post Consumer Brands Location: Lakeville, MN Job Posted Time: 2026-09-13 12:07:35 Employment Type: Hybrid Target Skills & Keywords : Change Management About the job Experience: •At least 5 years of HR experience, ideally in HR Generalist or HR Business Partner roles with a focus on employee relations •In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws •Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with a track record of building effective partnerships and achieving results through others •Proficient in HRIS and HCM systems, including applicant tracking, talent management, and change management •Comfortable managing multiple priorities and handling sensitive, confidential information Required Skills: •Partnering with Leaders: Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, offering guidance on coaching, career development, and employee relations. •Driving Performance & Engagement: Support performance management processes, goal setting, and employee engagement initiatives that align with our values and business strategy. •Supporting Organizational Design: Contribute to workforce planning, succession strategies, and organizational changes that enable growth and agility. •Using Data to Drive Decisions: Analyze HR metrics to identify trends, improve processes, and support retention and productivity. •Championing Culture & Change: Help embed a culture of inclusion, accountability, and continuous improvement by supporting change initiatives and leveraging HR Centers of Excellence. •Managing Projects & Compliance: Lead HR-related projects and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. •Providing Day-to-Day Employee Support: Be a go-to resource for employees by helping with questions about benefits, pay, policies, and general employee relations needs. •Manage Key HR Processes: Handle tactical HR tasks such as processing employee changes, opening requisitions, and completing other administrative work that keeps our people processes running smoothly. Qualifications: •A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Professional HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR are preferred. Compensation: •$80,166 - $118,645 / year •Flexible work environment (work from home / hybrid options) •The pay range for this position is $80,166 - $118,645 per year.
