Required Skills: •Partner with existing HR Business Partner team and the business to understand their business needs and develop tailored HR strategies to support their objectives. •Provide coaching and guidance to managers on employee lifecycle events, performance management, and talent development. •Partner cross-functionally with HR centers of excellence to implement effective recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies. •Analyze workforce trends and metrics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement initiatives. •Actively facilitate and support development and implementation of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities. •Facilitate change management initiatives and support organizational development efforts. •Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies. •Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for employees, fostering a positive workplace culture. Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; work experience will be considered in lieu of degree •In-depth knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws in the United States. •Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) •Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. •Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. •Demonstrated success in influencing and driving change within an organization. •: Onsite – Boston, minimum 3 days per week.
