Required Skills: •The HR Business Partner - Engineering is a strategic individual contributor who provides human resources leadership to key business initiatives. This role is responsible for supporting senior leaders to drive the talent agenda, build organizational capability and manage large change and org initiatives to ensure high-performing teams. •May be required to support business needs. •Provide guidance & support to leaders in aligning & executing people strategies with business objectives. •Integrate RTX values into business & people processes to build & sustain a culture that develops talent & fosters employee engagement. •Manage change and initiatives •Partner cross-functionally with key stakeholders to develop & execute projects across the organization that support organizational effectiveness, employee experience & successful adoption of change initiatives. •Support managers in analyzing team structures & role responsibilities to ensure alignment with business objectives. •Provide recommendations on reporting lines, spans of control & job leveling for smaller organizational changes.
