Required Skills: •Drives collaboration on the development of HR activities, policies, processes, strategy and annual HR strategy between human resources team and Cabin Server leadership team. •Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management; this includes coaching, counseling, and career development for Cabin Servers. •Support change management efforts by guiding leaders through organizational transitions and restructuring. Fosters understanding, advances ideas, inspires trust, and discusses challenges that may arise with growth. •Partner cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, EDA, and Compensation & Benefits teams to deliver cohesive HR programs •Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions). •Partner with Director, Human Resources with employee relations cases, investigations, and any grievance/disciplinary events. •Provides guidance and input on business unit workforce planning and succession planning. •Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
