Must have and maintain an Albuquerque Housing Authority insurable driving record. •Housing Credit Certified Professional (HCCP) •Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM) •Certified Professional of Occupancy (CPO) •Demonstrated capacity to read and write English at a level to understand and interpret written procedures and federal documents.
