Required Skills: •The ideal candidate is proactive, solutions-focused, and comfortable leading a fast-paced operation while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. •This position will be held directly accountable for housekeeping labor performance, including daily monitoring and management of CPOR (Cost Per Occupied Room), productivity, scheduling efficiency, overtime control, and achievement of all departmental labor targets. •Operational Leadership •Manage the department's largest controllable expense, labor, through daily CPOR analysis, productivity tracking, forecasting, scheduling, and real-time staffing adjustments to meet financial and operational objectives. •Oversee daily housekeeping and laundry operations to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet Marriott brand standards. •Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness, organization, and operational efficiency throughout the hotel. •Conduct routine inspections of guestrooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. •Coordinate room availability and priorities with the Front Office team. Qualifications: •Minimum 2-5 years of hotel housekeeping leadership experience required. •Marriott housekeeping experience strongly preferred. •Previous Executive Housekeeper or Assistant Executive Housekeeper experience preferred. •In-depth knowledge of housekeeping operations, laundry operations, labor management, and inventory controls. •Proven leadership ability with a track record of developing successful teams. •Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. •Demonstrated capacity to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays. •Must be authorized to work in the United States. •Previous Executive Housekeeper or Assistant Executive Housekeeper experience preferred •2-5 years of hotel housekeeping experience Compensation: •Competitive benefits and rewards package Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
