Qualifications: •High school diploma or equivalent ; additional training or certifications in housekeeping, custodial services, laundry operations, or facilities management is a plus •Proven customer service orientation, with ability to interact professionally and courteously with guests, students, and staff •Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness and presentation standards •Demonstrated capacity to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and perform duties with minimal supervision. •Solid functional working knowledge of cleaning methods, equipment, chemicals, and best practices; experience in institutional, campus, hotel, or healthcare environments preferred.
