The primary focus of this position is maintaining the cleanliness, organization, stocking, and overall presentation of the venue before, during, and after events. •This is an excellent opportunity to build experience in a high-volume, luxury hospitality environment. •Days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed •Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked employee areas, offices, kitchens, storage areas, and locker rooms. •Reset and refresh rooms throughout the duration of an event as outlined in the Banquet Event Order (BEO). •Attend to clients when personal attention or housekeeping assistance is required. •Refill par stock of supplies in guest restrooms on each floor and maintain communication with restroom attendants during events to ensure restrooms remain fully equipped. •Communicate venue cleanliness concerns, repairs, and maintenance needs to the appropriate supervisor or manager. Qualifications: •Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented approach. •Demonstrated capacity to perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. •High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. •Professional appearance and team-oriented demeanor. •Reliable and punctual, with consistent availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. •Demonstrated capacity to stand and walk for extended periods and the physical ability to bend, stoop, lift, and carry. •Demonstrated capacity to lift and carry 50 to 75 pounds with the assistance of another colleague. •Demonstrated capacity to carry and operate issued walkie-talkies during shifts (sleeves and holsters provided). •Prior experience in a similar role within venue, hospitality, housekeeping, or event operations. •Knowledge of audiovisual production and event technical logistics.
