Required Skills: •Preparation of "tooling method plan" packages for quotation of new business proposals on an assigned project. •Provides Tool follow-up for new programs. •Works closely with manufacturing, quality, & production tooling group to ensure die build will meet the plant's specific needs. •Maintains tooling progress with vendors to make sure die delivery is on-time & with-in budget. •Receive, review and disseminate supplier quotation packages. •Basic knowledge of materials and specifications for assigned project. •Knowledge of assigned manufacturing facilities capabilities and limitations. •Work closely with product design and manufacturing to support DFM&A concerns including GD&T at both the assembly and detail levels.
