Home health experience is strongly preferred. •Total of five (5) years supervisory experience required. Required Skills: •The Home Health Executive Director oversees and manages the day-to-day operations of the program and is a positive motivator for colleagues, patients, and the community. S/he works in union with the Regional Vice President to ensure a quality business operation. •This position will be overseeing the operations of the Bartlesville and Tulsa Oklahoma home health offices. •Hands on leader who supervises, and provides coaching and education for staff. •Fills in for any position in the program as needed. •Reviews profit and loss statements, anticipates any risks to the business line, and meets and exceeds budgetary control. •Explores resources of revenue improvement and expense reduction. •Works in conjunction with the Director of Clinical Services and the Strategic Development team for growth strategies. •Works as a community care consultant in conjunction with Strategic Development and/or Home Health Care Consultants. Qualifications: •Bachelor's degree in Health Care Administration, Business Administration, or a related Human Services field strongly preferred.
