Location: Torrance, CA Job Posted Time: 2026-09-11 13:10:13 Employment Type: Full-time Target Skills & Keywords : Medicare, Regulatory Compliance, Revenue Cycle Management About the job Experience: •Minimum 10+ years in home health, healthcare administration, or similar setting •Computer skills that include word processing, and efficient use of the internet and e-mail. •Prior experience in a pharmacy or home health company is preferred. •Prior experience in a consumer-related business is also of benefit. •Home health: 10 years (Required) Required Skills: •Supervises all Non-Clinical Office Staff with oversight of administrative workflows supporting clinical teams. •Manage general office operations, including mail processing, supply and equipment inventory, and administrative support functions (data entry, document preparation, record maintenance). •Oversee daily administrative operations to ensure efficient, compliant, and effective department performance, including staffing coordination, scheduling support, and operational readiness. •Tracks admission, discharge, case conferences, certification and re-certification dates on all patients. •Lead and oversee informing staff of any changes, updates, etc., regarding admissions, discharges, visits, schedules, and clinical meetings. •Facilitate communication of patient status, scheduling updates, and operational changes while ensuring professional handling of calls, visitors, and office correspondence. •Serve as the primary liaison between leadership, clinical teams, billing, referral sources, and external partners to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care. •Develop, implement, and continuously improve administrative systems, workflows, and processes to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery. Qualifications: •Strong knowledge of home health operations, home infusion operations and regulatory requirements (Medicare, Title 22 preferred) •Effective interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills. •Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. •Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills. •Present strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. •Minimum of a High school diploma or GED preferred. •Bachelor’s degree in health care, preferred.
