Required Skills: •Develop, manage, and retain a book of business by proactively generating leads, conducting outbound calls, building referral opportunities, and maintaining ongoing member relationships •Execute outbound calling strategies to contact prospective members, existing members, past applicants, and identified lead segments to create new home equity opportunities •Track, prioritize, and convert leads through consistent follow-up, clear next steps, and effective use of sales and loan origination systems •Use a consultative approach to uncover member needs, understand financial goals, and recommend appropriate home equity products based on the member’s overall situation •Maintain a healthy pipeline by following up on new leads, existing opportunities, referrals, and past member interactions to improve conversion and support production goals •Guide members through the home equity application process from initial conversation through origination, ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and a high-quality member experience •Review and analyze financial information from all relevant parties to assess borrowing needs and support accurate loan structuring •Originate and evaluate home equity applications in accordance with Credit Union guidelines, product parameters, and regulatory requirements Qualifications: •Demonstrated capacity to build, manage, and grow a sales pipeline through proactive follow-up, referral development, and member outreach •Proven ability to work well within a team •Excellent verbal and written communication skills •Demonstrated capacity to organize and analyze financial information and to accurately perform complex financial calculations •Thorough and detailed understanding of credit union policies and procedures •Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills •Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills •Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software. •Health, Dental and Vision insurance Interested candidates, please apply directly through the job posting on company's career page or try via AI auto apply on this platform.
