Required Skills: •Responsible for leading the planning and execution of customer projects related to system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and migrations. This role is accountable for driving projects to completion while maintaining scope, timelines, and customer satisfaction. •The Project Manager works closely with customers and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered in alignment with agreed expectations, Sectra best practices, and delivery standards. •Lead end-to-end planning and execution of customer projects, including implementations, upgrades, integrations, and migrations •Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria in collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders •Develop and maintain project plans and timelines to ensure projects remain on track and within scope •Communicate regularly with customers and key stakeholders to manage expectations and provide status updates •Identify, assess, and manage project risks related to scope, schedule, quality, and resources, escalating as needed •Coordinate project tasks and resource requirements across internal teams Qualifications: •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in project management or a related field •Formal project management training or certification (PMP or similar) •Operational familiarity with healthcare IT, medical imaging, or regulated environments •Knowledge of RIS, PACS, DICOM, HL7, or clinical workflows in radiology, cardiology, or pathology •At Sectra, you will join a purpose-driven organization where your work directly supports improved patient care.
