Required Skills: •We are seeking a Senior Civil Estimator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have •Prepare accurate cost estimates for heavy civil and site development projects. •Review plans, specifications, and bid documents. •Perform quantity takeoffs for clearing, earthwork, grading, underground utilities, paving, and related civil work. •Develop competitive bid proposals and pricing strategies. •Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations. •Coordinate with project management and operations teams throughout the bidding process. •Maintain client relationships and assist with project handoffs after award. Qualifications: •Proficiency with HCSS HeavyBid, Trimble Business Center (TBC), Agtek, or similar estimating software is preferred •In-depth knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and quantity takeoffs. •Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred. •Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
