Required Skills: •In this role, you will •Own the end-to-end account relationship and P&L, balancing business development and delivery to drive profitable, measurable revenue and margin growth within set timelines. •Identify and close new, renewal, and expansion opportunities, cross-selling Cognizant's emerging services while deepening penetration of your assigned account(s). •Understand each client's specific business needs and apply service and process knowledge to shape critical initiatives that help them achieve their goals. •Build and sustain trusted relationships across all levels of the client organization, developing a partner map and engaging regularly with key decision-makers and influencers. •Partner across Cognizant service lines, innovation, and business teams to formulate and execute the account business plan, lead deal reviews and proposals, and secure timely internal approvals. •We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible.
