Hiring: Healthcare Facility Planner Company: The Haskell Company Location: Metro Jacksonville Job Posted Time: 2026-09-11 11:10:51 Target Skills & Keywords : Haskell, Microsoft Excel, Project Management, Render About the job Experience: •8-15 years of relevant experience Required Skills: •Assists in developing planning studies and reports in support of new and updated plans, programs, and regulations. •Assists in review of plans and apply provisions of the ordinances and codes to determine compliance with regulations and to apply regulations to field conditions. •Demonstrated capacity to create graphic designs, development strategies, and render site plans via sketches and/or computer graphics highly desirable. •Assists in the review of moderately difficult development proposals and site plans from clients for conformance with codes, plans, and regulations. •Collects a variety of statistical and demographic data and prepare reports and maps on topics such as census information, land use, tax base data, and occupancy rates. •Conducts field evaluations and assessments independently. •Prepare data and visualization elements such as tables, charts, accurate reports, modles, infographics and 3D illustrations for the interpretation or presentation of data, findings, or analyses. •Interprets and applices applicable state, county and local codes, ordinances, and regulations. Qualifications: •Knowledge of the principles and practices of planning •Demonstrated capacity to lead client-facing meetings and manage client relationships •Knowledge of a relevant specialization in healthcare facility operations and planning is desired. •Knowledge of principles and practices of research and data collection •Knowledge of effective writing techniques •Statistical, algebraic, or geometric knowledge and ability to apply such knowledge in practical situations. •Excellent professional ethics, leadership skills, accountability, and decision-making capabilities •Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication, presentation, and analytic skills. •Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Adobe Creative Suite, ESRI ArcGIS, or similar products. •Well-developed knowledge of planning principles and practices.
