We accomplish this through an intense commitment to safety, quality service, excellence, and partnerships. •Provides for cursory and complete medical examinations including all PRH requirements. •When indicated, provides for optometrist/ ophthalmologist evaluation and glasses meeting ANSI standards. •Provides for immunization program in accordance with CDC guidelines and as directed by the National Director of job Corps. •Provides daily walk-in services for routine care and an appointment system for follow up. •Provides for patient assessment, triage, and treatment. •Provides for emergency care including first aid, CPR, and coordination of emergency services on and off Center. •Assures 24 hour emergency care with written arrangements for local community facilities to provide medical, dental, mental health and inpatient care. Qualifications: •To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. One or two years of related experience or training are required. •Bachelor’s Degree in nursing from a four-year college or university and related supervisory experience. Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the nursing field, preferably in a supervisory or manager role. •Current State Professional Nurse License; Current BLS/CPR certification.
